We are delighted to announce that Rolig Homes www.rolighomes.org.uk have taken ownership of 48 supported housing units, as we look to transform the lives of residents requiring care and support across the UK.
The homes, formerly part of New Pastures and based in Stoke, St Helens and Wolverhampton, will now be owned and managed by Rolig as we enter the market intent on providing safe, affordable, and quality homes for those in need across the UK.
Rolig has purchased the homes as part of our mission to assure tenancies and provide the highest quality of service provision for some of the most vulnerable people in the UK. The care and support sector is under huge pressure just now with rising costs risking a widespread failure of care provision in the future, particularly those in the state funded sector, unless urgent action is taken.
Our first steps have therefore been to work closely with New Pastures, Local Authorities, referral partners and other stakeholders to ensure our service provision is smoothly embedded and residents continue to be supported with a range of needs
