Our Model

We take a responsible and transparent approach to the lease-based housing model, ensuring long-term sustainability and high-quality accommodation.
Unlike traditional models that have faced financial instability due to inflated property prices, Rolig’s approach prioritises fairness and financial resilience. We work closely with a property fund that acquires properties at their true market value, ensuring that our lease costs remain reasonable and sustainable. This protects us – and our stakeholders -from market fluctuations and ensures long-term viability.
Additionally, we uphold strict quality standards for all our properties. Every home undergoes comprehensive renovations, with a 30-year asset management plan in place to safeguard its condition. Our service charges are fairly structured, funding both ongoing maintenance and a dedicated sinking fund to manage future repairs.
