Who We Are
A not-for-profit landlord with a community-first approach
We are a landlord providing housing to the care and support sector. Founded in 2024 we are a Community Benefit Society, registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. As such we are a not-for-profit entity.
The purpose of a community benefit society is to serve the broader interests of the community, which we do by providing homes and managing services.

What We Do
Creating secure, supported homes through partnership and investment
The care and support sector is under huge pressure with rising costs risking a widespread failure of care provision in the future, particularly those in the state funded sector, unless urgent action is taken.
Backed by a private fund our aim is to provide secure homes for those in need. We work in partnership with other providers to purchase or lease homes and then set about improving the fabric, running costs, and service provision to the residents who live there.
How We Operate
Strategic partnerships and hands-on expertise to deliver real impact
We look to support the care and support sector in number of different ways, backed by secure funding and decades of knowledge of working within the social housing sector from our senior management team.
Work with a Fund:
We collaborate with local authorities (LAs) to purchase and renovate properties, providing housing for individuals who are currently inappropriately housed. Our support services are tailored to meet their specific needs.
Partnership with Housing Associations (HAs):
Our driving force is to enhance the quality of life for the customers. We brought on board our first homes in 2024 and are actively seeking other partners who might benefit from working alongside us.
Please reach out to us to hear how Rolig could help you manage your supported housing provision.
